Computer Calendars come in two standard shapes - rectangular and circular. They can be printed in Calendar or Financial year formats.

They can be printed in any quantity (subject to your budget and our print runs) and 2010 calendars are being ordered now!

1. Computer Calendars come in 2 standardshapes – Circular and Rectangular. However, any customised shape can be created – price on application – please call toll free 1800Mycalenar (1800 692 253) or 1800 882 216.


2. Delivery dates are dependent upon time of receipt of order and subject to the number of other clients within the print group.


3. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks after receipt of order, allowing for one week for proof approval, and again may vary depending on whether the 9 other orders have been received.


4. If a customised computer calendar is purchased, either for your own personalised shape or for a specific delivery date, then computer calendars can be turned around within 3 weeks after proof approval (possibly less depending on quantity).


5. Initial proofs are sent direct to customers via email as a pdf file.


6. A first proof and a revised proof will be provided free of charge. If errors have been made by Freeman Productions, corrections will be made free of charge. Further alterations to proofs that have been set as requested will attract an author’s correction fee based on the amount of work involved.


7. Once approval has been given via email of the design, colours, content and layout, a digital proof will be sent to each customer for the final approval and signature.


8. Any additional digital proofs required after this stage, will incur a charge of $27.50 per proof.


9. All prices allow for 2 scans. Any additional scans will incur a cost of $33.00 each scan.


10. A Freight charge is the only additional cost, which covers dispatch to anywhere in Australia.


11. The 10-Up prices are subject to receiving 9 other customers with the same shape and quantity and delivery date (for example 10 customers purchasing 1,000 rectangular computer calendars for a 30th of November delivery).


12. If we are unable to receive the 10 customers printing the same quantity for the same delivery date, then unit prices are subject to a price variance of up to 20%.


13. If the possible 20% price variance is acceptable to customers, then artwork will commence immediately, irrespective of whether 10 customers have been grouped together or not.


14. If the possible 20% price variance is NOT acceptable, then artwork will NOT commence until 10 customer orders have been received. This may delay delivery.


15. The price variance will be calculated prior to going to print, if necessary, and each customer will be informed of the new price.


16. Invoices are to be paid nett 30 days from shipping date. Statements are not issued. Invoices are sent in a plastic sleeve on the outside of the calendar box.


17. Any Cancellations must be made in writing. All cancellations will incur a MINIMUM $275.00 administration fee, however may be subject to more depending on how much work has been undertaken.
