We provide the following guarantees to those customers who place their order with us prior to the 30th of September, which ensures that you receive one of your preferred delivery dates of 30th of September, 31st of October or 30th of November:

  • If we are one day late in delivering your calendars to you we will CREDIT 50% of your money back on your next year's order. It is worthwhile noting that we have not, to date, had to refund money back due to late delivery. We always deliver on time.
  • If there are any major errors found in the dates within the calendar, Freeman Productions will pay to reprint the calendars at their own expense or refund your money depending on your needs. These dates refer to the major public holidays but are subject to the respective state authority changes which we can not be fully held accountable.
  • If any pharmacy is unhappy with the overprinting of their advertising details, Freeman Productions will reprint their calendars and/or credit a portion of their money, depending on the circumstances. Please note: All pharmacies are supplied with a first proof and a revised proof free of charge, and are responsible for the correctness of their advertising details.
